Amber von Nelson

Amber von Nelson is an uncommon Liver Sable 6 month old puppy girl.  The liver color is a dilution of the black color and is a recessive gene.   A dog with normal black pigment can carry the liver color gene. This is what is known as a dilution and liver color replaces the black pigment on the dog.  In another words, anywhere black would have appeared is replaced with the liver color including the nose and often the pads of the feet.   It also effects the eye pigmentation and results in a beautiful gold color. Amber was dumped her at the shelter with six other siblings and her parents by her breeder.  We are not sure what happened to them, but she was the only one remaining at the shelter.  Amber is now in a foster home.  She loves the company of other dogs and follows her canine foster brother and sister around.  She is working on her house manners and walking on a leash. Amber is very smart and has already learned how to sit.  She is so mild and so sweet; she will fit right in with any lucky family.  Come meet Amber and fall in love with her soft personality and her uncommon beauty.
